Two days ago I described the exercise reflecting on the best thing that happened this day, and re-experience the sensations of that experience. Do this exercise daily and in the end of the 30 days you experience deeper and fuller sensory awareness of your life, that many people call being alive.
Today is Day 2.
Sex is a necessary reinforcement of the flow in my life, a show of the life force, and generally the experience I love to have in my life, and, by the way, I like call it making love. I create a structure around sex to commemorate the romance of the two hearts that are together forever, but it means nothing without sensory experience. I find that it is perfectly ok to extend sex to be just the experience in a sensory format and enjoy the self-responses of the body.
In this exercise, I put my attention on the combination of inputs from visual, auditory and sensory receptors, to experience multiple layers of perceptions, making them last. Run the experience of pleasure through my body, checking every organ, every part, every nerve and every inch of my skin for perception, continuously allowing the input to be multiplied, echoed in all parts, resonate and prolong. Peak and tingle in all parts including my brain, pulse and release. So when the actual physical experience in my body is over, I can remember it in my body, on just as physical a level, and then run it with every organ, muscle and inch of my skin again, over and over, and continuously, for my own pleasure, re-experiencing of as much pleasure as I decide. Run this experience over and over. For 10 minutes, for 20 minutes or for an hour… As I please and as I wish throughout my day, any day of the week or through the duration of this exercise in the next 30 days, daily.
