Beyond Spirituality

Beyond Spirituality

God is a metaphor for that which transcends all levels of intellectual thought. It’s as simple as that.

Joseph Campbell

The other day I was at a woman’s group gathering and a woman came up to me. She asked me what I do. I told her that I lead interested people to their wisdom, and that I use their spirituality to refer to it. She turned around and quickly said, “I am not religious, and I am not interested in learning about what you have to say.” And then she turned away. I said: “Spirituality actually has nothing to do with religion. Spirituality is learning about yourself, your place in the world and your way of being who you are.”

Another woman heard that and said, “I agree with you. I want to be more spiritual. Can you help me?”

I often hear some people question their spirituality, and wish to be more spiritual, or develop spirituality. Trying to define yourself as a spiritual being is like trying to prove that you are alive. It is a given that you are alive. By definition, spirituality is a personal inner search for meaning, a path to wisdom, unconditional love and peace.

What each must seek in his life never was, it is unique. It is something out of his individual potential for experience, something that never was and never could have been experienced by anyone else.

Within the “wisdom guides’”world this sensation is readily available and accessible, bypassing the limitations of the gates of rigid conscious judgment.

Those I work with enjoy a unique experience of feeling alive. They begin to notice their energy surging up through their body and blood pulsing with every heartbeat in each fingertip.

Because you are alive and you are right here now, there is nowhere else you can be. You can become aware of your physical body and it is experiences, and sensations through time. There is no other option to being here and now. You can only be two ways – aware or not aware of being here now.

Awareness is key in beginning your journey to what you want. Without awareness you cannot get any place.  If you don’t know where you are it’s impossible to aim yourself to where you want to go.

You live on earth and you are a physical being. The periodic table of elements contains all known elements in the Universe. You are a physical being made of  these same elements;  one could say: “star material.”

At the same time, as far as is currently known, only humans have the unique ability to think, and imagine the future. You are a spiritual being, aware of yourself and the world. Spirituality means your dedication to learn about yourself. We are spiritual beings living in the human physical bodies. Curious, learning, living.

Many people want to find love, feel loved and be involved in various activities exhibiting love to others. I think love is the primary value of spirituality. Spirituality is in every one of us. It is particularly clear when we are in nature. Alone with the Universe, or in some realizations before the end of life, our beliefs and values begin to “leak” through into the perceptions of the world around us. Suddenly, we wise up and “learn,” admitting our true spiritual nature.

So really, you can’t become more or less spiritual; spirituality is innate to people. You can follow more rules and rituals, or the symbol of being spiritual. But you cannot become more or less spiritual, we all are spiritual.

There may be other questions you are curious about. For example, how do you become more aware of who you were meant to be. Now, that’s interesting and possible to research and it may be interesting for you to discover. You may want to bet able to control your responses to your environment and control the outcomes of your actions, dreams, thoughts. You may want to have more success and satisfaction.  You may want to have precise direction and know how to apply your intention, so you are able to create the outcomes in your life that you want.

"The work that you are doing does sound differernt from whats out there. Thats what I like about it. It seems to go to the next makes sense!!" Sherri, 48, Medical Sales, Utah

"At the conference two things stood out for me. The first was your passion and knowledge about gamma, the second was the way that I felt during and after your presentation. It was a great experience for me: my body became very energized, like a power surge. I also experienced clarity about current situation in my life. I can just imagine what results I can have in private sessions with you! So I am drawn to learning more." Brad, 55, Psychiatrist, Vermont

"First of all, I was surprised at your organization, the size and breadth of the scope of work you did with me in the sessions. All my questions were answered. I was amazed how we went through the questions as sort of a blueprint of my life, and did all of it in one sitting. Very good, accomplished feeling! The most valuable revelation is that I am in charge of my life and it is doable, and can be effortless!" Jason, 57, Technical Director, Vancouver

"For a few weeks after our private work, I had not seen the connection between our work and the results in my life. I started to write every day, with interest and my novel is moving along. Recently, upon re-reading the transcripts from our sessions and evaluating my daily work, I realized, that what is now happening in my life is a direct result of our work together, my own revelations, and the personal intention I created for myself! Morrin thank you for making my life effortless! I didn't realize that I had acquired such a commitment to my writing and the actions I needed to be taking is so I can complete the book by my deadline." Teresa, 47, Author, Seattle, WA

"Thank you for your work with me. I feel so connected with inner quiet stillness and serendipity, a sensation of excitement and effortlessness. I feel very powerful in my own life experience, and exactly the way I want to be." Shirri, 38, Consultant, Israel

"Morrin, these amazing results must be attributed to our recent conversations. I don't k now how you do it. The result is that I am excited about my life, feel fully engaged in life, which is effortless and free." Lorraine R., 48, Banker

"As a mentor, you probably heard it before, but I will say it again. Now, after I started working with you, it is easier for me to do what I have to do at work. I manage a number of people and tasks, this coordination used to be tedious for me, and I used to get angry and impatient. Now I have a totally different awareness, and I had great experience learning through Gamma Hypnosis." Tim Daniel, 48, Sr. Manager, New York
